2027 Summer Rates
Early Bird Discount: 20% Off Two Weeks per family!

Tuition
Individual Days: $150 per student
Full Weeks: $650 per student
Extended Day Add-On
Early Drop Off between 8 AM–8:45 AM: $50 per Week
Late Pick Up between 4:45 PM–6 PM: $75 per Week
Early Drop Off AND Late Pick Up from 8 AM–6 PM: $100 per Week

Nonrefundable Summer Registration Fee
Kidstock! Creative Theater registration includes a small seasonal registration fee per family. Your registration fee will be automatically applied at checkout for the first family registration for SUMMERSTAGE 2027. This fee is non-refundable and help us cover staff and administrative costs.
Summer 2027 Registration Fee: $35 per family
Summer Changes & Refunds Policy
If you can no longer attend your summer program, you have two options: Transfer or Withdraw.
Requests for transfers and withdrawals must be submitted by email to admin@kidstocktheater.com. Withdrawals must be submitted by NOON on the Friday before your summer week for the refund policy to apply. There are no refunds or partial credits during a session week for early withdrawal or missed days for any reason.
Transfering
There is no fee or penalty to transfer when space is available. Families will only pay any applicable tuition difference. Please contact us immediately by email if you would like to transfer at admin@kidstocktheater.com
Withdrawing
If your plans change, you are unable to transfer to another date or week, or you need to cancel your registration, you must submit a withdrawal request by email to admin@kidstocktheater.com. Our refund policy is as follows:
Withdraw 30 Days+ in advance of the Friday Before Your Summer Session:
Receive a 100% tuition refund minus the Registration Fee and a $50 Cancellation Fee per child, per week
Withdraw Between 29 Days to the Friday Before Your Summer Session:
Receive a 50% tuition refund, no additional cancellation fees
Withdraw After the Friday Before Your Summer Session Begins:
No refunds or credits with withdrawals or missed days
The $35 Summer Registration Fee is nonrefundable. Vouchers and Gift Certificates are nonrefundable. There are no credits after a session starts or for any missed classes.
Summer Policies
Arrival & Dismissal
Our full day program for all ages runs from 9 AM–4:30 PM. Every program has an assigned arrival/dismissal location with a 30 minute window. Late arrivals and early dismissals go to the office.
Arrival is from 8:45–9:15 AM
Dismissal is from 4:15–4:45 PM
All communication about late arrivals, early dismissals, and absences must come from a parent. We will not accept messages from students.
Early dismissal is respectfully discouraged. Our summer curriculum is carefully planned and often cumulative. Leaving early can result in students not having the ability to fully prepare for the program’s final presentation, learn songs and dances, rehearse, or finish art projects. We ask that all families please refrain form scheduling other activities or medical appointments during your Kidstock! summer program.
If you absolutely must request an early dismissal, please notify our office in advance and confirm on the morning of by email to admin@kidstocktheater.com. Students and parents should go to the office for early dismissal. We are unable to offer early dismissals after 4:00 PM.
Attendance & Absences
Our program requests that you attend all day, every day barring any unforeseen illness – please plan accordingly so you do not arrive late or need to leave early.
Our Friday Presentations rely on the consistent attendance of everyone to successfully build the stage stories we want to share. We ask that, whenever possible, you please prioritize the Kidstock! experience you have registered your child for this week over other classes, appointments or social events that can be rescheduled.
Please communicate by email or phone directly with the office, not any of our teaching staff, about absences, issues or conflicts.
If you know in advance of any conflicts in your family’s schedule that will require your child to arrive late, leave early or be absent, please take the time to email us so we can adjust our plan as best as possible to be inclusive of your child.
Your attendance approves that we occasionally feature our students in promotional & celebratory images.
If for any reason in person learning is not possible a virtual alternative will be substituted instead of a credit.
What to Bring / What Not to Bring
Students should bring both a backpack and a water bottle labeled with their name. See below for more information on snacks and lunch. We also recommend bringing a change of clothes if there is a chance of a bathroom accident.
Students are discouraged from bringing valuables and toys that will become a distraction. Cell phones are not allowed to be on and used during the program day.
We are together for the day to explore theater and interact with each other. Kidstock! is a “technology free space” from 9 AM–4:30 PM.
Snacks & Lunch
Kidstock! is a NUT FREE zone.
SNACKS: All students should pack a nut-free morning snack. Please pack a second nut free snack if your child is staying for extended day.
LUNCH: Students should bring a nut-free lunch.
Our nut free policy involves staff confirming what foods were sent to Kidstock! in student lunch bags.
Medications
Students with inhalers or epi pens must hand these to the office. Any other medication must also be handed to the office with label and dosage instructions.
Bathroom Policy
All students participating in Kidstock! programs must be toilet trained and able to use the restroom independently without staff assistance.
Photo Policy
At Kidstock!, we love capturing and sharing the creativity and joy of our students! Photographs taken during our programs may be shared with participating families or featured on our website, social media, and promotional materials. We never identify children by name in public photographs. By participating in Kidstock! programs, families agree to this use of photographs. Families with specific privacy considerations are welcome to contact us directly.
